Thank you for submitting your abstracts to the 2020 KPS Fall Meeting. The submission schedule for oral and poster presentation materials is below:

Presentation Materials Submission: 2020. 10. 5 (Thu.) 9:00 ~ 10.28 (Wed.) 23:59

The guideline is available for making and uploading oral and poster presentations on the Presentation Guidelines page at the website of the 2020 KPS Fall Meeting. For your information, you can review exemplary presentation files selected from the winners of the Best Presentation Award at the 2020 KPS Spring Meeting below.

Oral presenters must submit pre-recorded videos, which will be broadcasted during the conference, just like the 2020 KPS Spring Meeting. The oral presenters must attend the zoom meeting for real-time Q&A. However, invited speakers have an option to select the real-time presentation.

The procedure for making and submitting poster presentation materials is the same as the 2020 KPS Spring Meeting. However, in this occasion, poster presenters are required to attend the two 'e-Poster Online Discussion' sessions. During these sessions, the presenters must log on to the conference website and answer the questions in the comment section. The nomination of the Best Poster Presentation will be made based on the evaluation of the presentation materials and Q&A conducted in the comments.

구두발표의 경우 지난 봄 학술대회와 동일하게 이번 가을학술대회에서도 사전 녹화 동영상을 제출하여 발표하시고, 화상 회의에 접속하셔서 질의에 대한 응답을 해주셔야 합니다. 다만 초청연사의 경우 실시간 발표를 선택하실 수 있습니다.

포스터발표의 경우에도 발표자료 제작 및 제출 방법은 지난 봄 학술대회와 동일하나, 이번 가을학술대회에서는 ‘e-Poster Online Discussion’ 시간을 두 차례 마련하여 이 시간에는 학술대회 홈페이지에 접속하셔서 댓글 창에 있는 질문에 대해 답글을 작성해 주셔야 합니다. 포스터 우수발표상 심사는 발표자료에 대한 평가와 댓글로 진행하신 질의 응답 내용을 바탕으로 이루어 집니다.
