IUPAP(International Union of Pure and Applied Physics)에서 100주년기념 사진 콘테스트를 진행하고 있습니다. IUPAP는 세계 최대 비영리 물리학 관련 국제단체로 한국물리학회가 대한민국 회원국으로 가입하여 활동하고 있습니다. 사진 응모 내용은 다음과 같습니다.
가. 응모 기간: 2022년 2월 14일~4월 14일
나. 응모 카테고리
• BEYOND OUR EYES: images that have been obtained through special scientific equipment or have been made via computer simulations of physical processes. Images submitted within this category can have up to 3 co-authors
• AT A GLANCE: all other images that have been obtained with a professional, amateur or cellular camera. Images submitted within this category must have only one author.
다. 상금
• 1등: 2,000유로
• 2등: 1,000유로
• 3등: 500유로
라. 기타
• 선착순 1,500개만 접수 가능

IUPAP 100 PHOTO CONTEST
A contest to celebrate the beauty of physics and the fun of its practice on the occasion of the centenary of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics, IUPAP
The contest is aimed at professional and amateur photographers and at science students and researchers. The images must be related to physics research and/or education, the impact of physics on everyday lives or an event or process in which physics plays a role. In the case of research, it can reflect the object of study of the scientific activity, the people who carry it out, its instrumentation and facilities or the technologies resulting from physics research. Images that have been obtained through special scientific equipment, that have been made via computer simulations of physical processes or have been taken with any type of camera are accepted.
