DSA 2022 심포지엄 초록제출안내
DSA(Directed Self-Assembly)는 차세대 리소그래피 기술 응용을 위한 블록공중합체의 분자 자기조립을 제어하는 원리로, 다양한 나노 단위의 초 미세 패턴 제작을 위한 일반적인 기술로써 잠재력을 가지고 성장하고 있습니다.
2019년 밀라노에서 개최된 제 5회 DSA 국제 심포지엄에 이어 2022년 10월 19일부터 21일까지 KAIST에서 '제 6회 DSA 2022 국제 심포지엄 (DSA 2022)'이 개최됩니다. 학회 장소는 대전 KAIST 본원에 위치한 퓨전홀이며, 온라인 가상 학회가 동시에 진행될 예정입니다.
본 학회와 관련하여 아래와 같이 초록 제출 일정을 안내드리오니, DSA 및 나노패터닝 분야에 관심 있는 많은 연구자분들의 참여를 부탁드립니다.
On behalf of the conference organizing committee, it is my great pleasure to cordially invite you to the 6th International Symposium on Directed Self-Assembly (DSA 2022), which is scheduled to be held on October 19-21, 2022 at KI Bldg. (Fusion Hall), KAIST, Daejeon, Korea.
DSA symposium has been held every year since 2015, motivated from the strong research interest in the molecular self-assembly of block copolymers by academia, research institutes, and industries. DSA 2022 will consist of keynote and invited lectures as well as contributed presentations, regarding both fundamental aspects and imminent applications of directed self-assembly along with the additional focus on various nanopatterning technologies.
