□ The initial appointment for Research Fellow is for two years with the possibility of a one-time renewal of two or three additional years depending on research performance and the needs of the research program at KIAS

Salary & Benefits

□ The annual salary and other benefits are provided in accordance with KIAS regulations.
- The annual salary starts from 46,200,000 Korean Won (including 4 major social insurances) with additional severance pay(3,850,000KRW and above/year).
- An individual research grant(Up to 10,000,000 Korean Won) and a benefit card(2,000,000 Korean Won) will be provided each year.
