The guideline is available for making and uploading oral and poster presentations on the Presentation Guidelines page at the website of the 2022 KPS Spring Meeting. For your information, you can review exemplary presentation files selected from the winners of the Best Presentation Award at the 2020 KPS Spring Meeting below.

Oral presenters who chose 'upload pre-recorded video' in the process of abstract submission should submit pre-recorded videos, which will be broadcasted during the conference, just like last meeting. Please note that the video filename should be the same with the 'presentation code' this time. The oral presenters must attend the Zoom meeting for real-time Q&A. Invited speakers are considered to deliver presentation in real time if there is no notification for pre-recorded video presentation in advance.

The procedure for making and submitting poster presentation materials is the same as the 2021 KPS Fall Meeting except that the filenames of presentation materials should be the same as the 'presentation code'. Moreover, it is highly recommended that the presentation PDF file be written in landscape orientation. In the 2022 KPS Spring Meeting, poster presenters are required to attend the assigned 'Metaverse Poster Presentation Sessions': a poster presenter must access the metaverse platform during assigned time to present research achievements and answer questions from other participants or judges. In other to join the session, poster presenters must prepare PCs or laptops with presentation equipment such as webcams, speakers and microphones. Please make sure that the poster presenter who is assigned to the session P1(P2) must attend the Metaverse Poster Presentation Session on April 20 (Wed.) 18:10 to 19:30 (April 21 (Thu.) 17:10 to 18:30). You can find the assigned times on the website (Program > Entire Program > Poster Sessions). The nomination of the Best Poster Presentation will be made based on the evaluation of the presentation materials, Q&A conducted in the comments and metaverse presentations.

구두발표 및 포스터발표를 위한 발표자료 제출 일정은 다음과 같습니다.

발표자료 제출 기간: 2022. 3. 25(금) 오전 9시 ~ 4. 11(월) 자정

구두 및 포스터 발표자료 제작 및 업로드 가이드는 아래 2022년 봄학술대회 홈페이지의 Presentation Guideline에서 확인하실 수 있으며, 본 사이트에 지난 학술대회 구두 및 포스터 우수발표상 수상작을 예시로 게시하였으니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

구두발표의 경우 초록접수 시 사전 녹화 동영상 업로드를 선택하신 경우 발표동영상을 제출하시고, 화상 회의에 접속하셔서 질의에 대한 응답을 해주셔야 합니다. 다만 초청연사의 경우 사전에 특별한 요청이 없으면 실시간 발표로 간주됩니다.

포스터발표의 경우 발표자료 제작 및 제출 방법은 지난 2021년 가을학술대회와 유사하나, PDF와 mp3 형식의 발표자료 업로드 시 파일명을 '발표번호'와 동일하게 작성해 주셔야 합니다. 또한 포스터 PDF 파일은 가로 방향의 표준 PPT(4:3, 16:9) 사이즈를 추천해 드립니다. 학술대회 기간 동안 홈페이지에 올라온 질의에 응답해 주시면 되나, 이와 더불어, 이번 봄학술대회에서는 지정된 시간에 포스터 발표자가 Metraverse에 접속하여 본인 연구 분야를 설명하고 다른 참가자 또는 심사위원들의 질문에 답해야 합니다. Session P1에 배정된 포스터 발표자는 4월 20일(수) 18:10~19:30에 Metaverse에 접속하여 발표하고, P2에 배정된 포스터 발표자는 4월 21일(목) 17:10~18:30에 접속하여 발표합니다. 본인에게 배정된 포스터 발표시간은 Entire Program > Poster Sessions에서 확인하실 수 있으며, 포스터 우수발표상 심사는 발표자료, 댓글과 함께 Metaverse에서 진행하신 발표 및 질의 응답 내용을 바탕으로 이루어 집니다.
